Once you have uploaded your RotaFota image to your webspace, you will probably want to include it on another web page, like you would with a normal image. You might want to use your RotaFota image on your Ebay™ listing. RotaFota makes this easy for you by providing the appropriate snippets of HTML for you to paste straight into your web editor.
This facility can be accessed from Step 5 by pressing the Copy to Clipboard button.
Step 5The Copy to Clipboard window looks like this:
There are three big buttons. One for each of the types of usage you might want. Each is described in detail on the following pages.
First, we'll explain the other items on this window:
This box should contain the normal web address of your website, or the webspace provided to you by your ISP. For example, if your ISP is Tesco in the United Kingdom, then your web address will be http://homepages.tesco.net/username (where username is the user name you chose when you signed up). Or if your ISP is Virgin Media in the UK, then your web address will be http://www.username.webspace.virginmedia.com (again with your particular username). Your service provider will be able to tell you the address for your webspace. You will normally be able to find this information on their website's support or FAQ section.
This box should contain the name of the folder in your webspace where you store your RotaFota images. It is the same folder name as given for Folder to store in on your webspace on the Upload Settings window.
This is the name you chose when you uploaded the RotaFota Image. It will be set automatically if you just uploaded the RotaFota image.
However, you may want to enter the name of a previously uploaded RotaFota image. For example, when you are making an Ebay™ selling listing you may want to include a RotaFota image which you made and uploaded some time earlier. If you uploaded your RotaFota in a previous session then you can come straight to this step, without doing anything else, and just give the same name as you used before.
This check box is important for both the Ebay™ option and the Web page option. It has no affect on the IFrame option.
Choose one of the three buttons to copy the HTML snippet to the clipboard, ready to then paste into your webpage editor, or your Ebay™ listing.
Click on the following links for details on the particular Copy and Paste operation.
